Located on the 14th floor of Hysan, Ming's Bistro has interesting decor and a stylish menu.They serve buckwheat tea which is quite different.Tried the black garlic soup which was quite unusual and it was quite dark in appearance too!The soup was quite sweet in taste.I love okra and there were so many choices so in the end I got okra in Peking sauce which was an appetizing spicy vinagrette.Next was the steamed loofah topped with garlic which was sweet and had a strong garlic taste because there w

Tried the black garlic soup which was quite unusual and it was quite dark in appearance too!
The soup was quite sweet in taste.I love okra and there were so many choices so in the end I got okra in Peking sauce which was an appetizing spicy vinagrette.
Next was the steamed loofah topped with garlic which was sweet and had a strong garlic taste because there was so much chopped garlic on top.
The pork dumplings were ok but I found the pork oil a bit overwhelming.
Lastly we finished with the dimsum birdcage which had a bit of everything.
My favourite item was the butterfly sandwich filled with sweet Chinese ham, pineapple and cucumber.
