It was suppose to be a happy occasion with friends and family after this pandemic situation. I was there to yum cha this afternoon. They have the worst customer service in Hong Kong food and beverage industry. I was waiting 45mins after I placed my order for dim sum. I was wondering what happened to my order. So, I checked with the restaurant manager and they told me they didn’t even enter my order. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake. I have an 80 yrs old mom waiting and no one

They have the worst customer service in Hong Kong food and beverage industry. I was waiting 45mins after I placed my order for dim sum. I was wondering what happened to my order. So, I checked with the restaurant manager and they told me they didn’t even enter my order. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake. I have an 80 yrs old mom waiting and no one has told us anything. I was so upset and immediately went downstairs to another better service Chinese restaurant. 😡
