Newly presented as a bar and restaurant, it takes up 4 massive floors of Pearl City. The spacious dining area is set with a well-equipped bar, live music station and a flexible menu composed of Chinese and Western cuisines.We are introduced with a selection of starter and mains, also draught beers, cocktails and fruit juices. We are introduced with a selection of starter and mains, also draught beers, cocktails and fruit juices. The signature lobster mac & cheese is a surprise that comes with big chunks of fresh lobster meat. The penne pasta is cooked fairly al dente whilst the four cheese sauce is not overpowering instead very flavorsome and has a bit of lobster-bisque flavor.

Followed by another main, it is a Chinese shrimp paste fried rice topped with seafoods and fish roe. The beautiful scallops are perfectly pan-seared with nice caramelized crust and soft and plump inside. They are decadent, delicious and showy.

At first we are not expecting much on their desserts, but the tiramisu actually turns out to be the showstopper. Created with basic creamy mascarpone cheese custard, there are excellent layer of ladyfingers soaked with the perfect amount of espresso at the bottom and a shave of cocoa powder on the surface. This (reckon as) raw-egg version is super creamy and divine.
