非常用心的本地小店不翻用油，芥花子油。所以食物無油益味。鹽酥雞軟骨及地瓜條炸得非常乾身。好有專業操守。果然喺係客人角度出發。返咗香港7年，都未食過一間炸物店係可以做得咁乾身及脆口。佢另外令我覺得好有誠意係個即棄手套。因為用叉吉雞軟骨可能會吉斷支叉，所以自動提供手套，真係非常體貼。I can feel the owner has passion towards his food business.He wouldn’t reuse the oils for deep fried that u won’t taste the bad oils. I’m sure I will go again as I didn’t have deep fried sweet potato as good as his outside Sai Kung.
The other thing impressed me was that they provide u the one-time good-glove with a very neat packing. It is a very detail-oriented service.
