Fish Maw & Dried Conch Chicken Pot consisted of 1/2 hen and 6 pieces of real fish maw. Rich and nourishing soup, yet surprisingly not salty or MSG at all. Firm hen meat and tender fish maw. Enjoyed the ingredients with chopped garlic and XO sauce to enhance the flavors. Also ordered bamboo shoot and watercress.
Mango Pomelo Sago was the perfect dessert which was sweet and refreshing.
