First time eating to this restaurant for late dinner. My husband and I ordered noodles with pig liver, the portion is little small but it taste really good. The broth is not salty like other wonton noodle soup. The sliced ginger and scallion goes very well to cut the gamy taste of the liver and the liver is very tender when you chew it melts in your mouth. We also ordere hagao which is shrimp dumpling.
