The texture and layer are superb
Decent amount of alcohol as well!

Thick and clingy uji matcha is balanced really well with the creamy milk

Am so drawn to their Knife cut noodles
The size is perfect with an insanely chewy texture that absorb all the essence from the broth
This beef noodle is also loaded with 4 full slice of beef , fish tofu , vege and crispy fish skin!
