This special menu was for 4-10th April, it probably put them on the regular menu soon. Anyway, let's see how new head chef John leads us to the region of Hue.I really like the wood-fire grilled oyster, it smelled so good, I drank all the sauce. The highlight of the meal was the Vietnamese coffee, esp the iced one, look at that ICE!! No matter hot or cold, they nailed it!
