For us, the standout dish, without a doubt, is the char siu. Perfectly marinated and expertly roasted, the pork is melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a delightful balance of sweet and savoury flavours. The fat to meat ratio is absolutely splendid.
Beyond the char siu, the menu boasts an array of equally impressive dishes. The tofu and cucumber pot, as well as the lobster pot were bursting with flavour, and served steaming hot.
The vegetables were also a nice touch to balance out the strong flavours of the other dishes.
