Everytime before or after I go to gym, I always query if there is anything new? Yes! This time, I found a New Pre / Post Workout Recovery Drink called "AMIN.O. ENERGY" (Peach). There is only 5kcal with 100mg Caffeine, 50g Green Tea Leaf Extract and 10g Green Coffee Bean Extract. The taste is very nice and I feel like having a lot more energy by drinking it before workout. The price is more than HK$30.00.
