On a wedneday night hanging out friend, we saw this new restaurant just opened last friday, but the menu seems ok, so we decided to tru it out!The restaurant is just similar to those in Soho, it's serving mostly italian dishes!!We ordered an appetizer, a main, a pasta and some pinot grigio!!The appetizer was duck breast and grilled pear salad, the duck breast was super succulent and it tastes good!! The appetizer was duck breast and grilled pear salad, the duck breast was super succulent and it tastes good!! I am happy that I picked it!!
We ordered surf and turf as the main, with fillet and king prawn, both were grilled! The taste was awesome, however the steak was a bit too burnt on the outside and got some smoke flavour, which affected the perfection of the dish!! The main came with huge portion of sides, including mashed potatoes, grilled zucchini and pumkin! were all fresh and nice. I love the mushroom sauce with it!
The pasta was fettuccine salmon, the sauce was quite creamy, not really my favourite, but the taste was ok, just a bit too salty. Some rockets on top were nice garnish n taste.
Overall, the food was ok, just need more improvement on the service skill and order-taking skill, and the chef need to control better the grilled stuff.
