Tried out this relatively new spot near East TST area that specialises in robatayaki as well as omakase! Pic 1️⃣: 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻, 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗮, 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 / 三文魚，赤身，油甘魚 - ($26 x2, $45 x4 hkd) 🍣 — A good selection of sushi on the menu. Sashmi was fresh and high quality. — This was pretty good! The meatball was well marinated and full of flavour, with a good amount of crunch and texture to it. Personally thought the tare dipping sauce was a bit too salty, but the egg yolk was able to lighten up the flavours a little.

— Skewers we’re pretty good, but I think their food tends to lean towards the more savoury side. The sauce and seasoning on some of these skewers were a bit overdone and too salty at times. This included the perilla chicken and wasabi chicken, and it really masked the chicken flavour. The perilla sauce was actually pretty tasty and unique, with a nice sweet and sour element to it. Loved the ox tongue, as the grill on it was perfect. The rice ball was a bit disappointing as it wasn’t grilled enough, so the entire thing was just a bit too soft and didn’t really hold its shape well.

— Very average. Thought the tamago ratio was a bit off, as it made the roll predominantly sweet. The ikura was super crunchy though.

— Free beer on the house! Nice and refreshing way to start off the meal with.
