USDA Angus Sirloin(CAB), Rocket, Tomato, Ox Bone French Dip, Ciabatta
It was sooo good! The sirloin was medium which kept the steak juicy and flavorful!
🦆Boneless Duck Confit Sandwich
US Duck Confit, Mixed Veggie, Homemade Pomelo Sauce, Ciabatta
They slow cooked the duck so that the meat was soft, yet it retained a slight chewiness. Adding a bit of Pomelo Sauce. Delicious indeed!
