Chicken steak was wonderfully tender; potatoes were firm, flavourful and seasoned simply; pork belly was somewhat buttery but aromatic 🥩
(The raw, solid pumpkin was a fly in the ointment though - our forks were hardly able to penetrate through 🎃)

Had high expectations for this simple cup and this SOE coffee certainly did NOT disappoint☕️
As opposed to blends, Single Origin Espresso produces coffee with beans that come only from one farm or producer, which have distinct aroma based on regional conditions!
