Surprised that there is a comfy café by the swimming pool. Visually disappointing to be without eel and my friend even joked it to be fried rice with eel sauce. Enjoyed the dish very much by taste- the hidden tiny pieces of eel, carrots, veggies, and rice coated with eel sauce (just right, not too wet).Add $12 to enjoy soup and croissant
The energetic logo i.e. the sun consists of letters C and J. Nicely-flavored borscht and a warm croissant. A bit oily on its own but nice to be softened in borscht.Drink included- Hot honey with lemon, longan and pearl barley
Like the combination but the pearl barley was raw. Fabulous that a wide varieties of nourishing drinks are available.USA “Sonoma Valley” chocolate raspberry cheesecake ($25)
I thought raspberry was part of the cake flavor but just the sauce. Still the three layers of cakes in a small piece- dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and oreo crust topped with blueberries gave a sweet end to the lunch meal.
