Tucked away in Gage street with a rather plain exterior, Orchard is a new bar in town serving fruit spirits in contemporary style.I had the Ultimate Gimlet which was a relatively lighter option to start the night. The next one I had was the Orchard sour, which was based with Pear Eau De Vie, and mixed with plum wine, spiced pear stick, ginger honey, lemon and pinot noir. The texture was way more thick compared to the first one and I really like how they topped it up with cheese foam, which added extra texture and flavor to the lovely cocktail 🍸
All in all, I think it’s a really nice cocktail bar with good service and nice vibe. I’d recommend you to arrive before 9:30pm as it got really crowded after that time on the Sat night I visited!
