The category of Smorrebrod is actually Nordic inspired open-face sandwich. Every set comes with a soup and 2 choices for the toppings so we picked - one was Pan seared scallop & avocado & salmon roe with yuzu dressing; another was Tempura soft-shell crab w/ mango-passion fruit compote
For a cafe the salmon roe is surprisingly fresh and crab is crispy on the outside and soft in the center - quite satisfying indeed!
