A small Shanghainese restaurant at tin hau that my friend told me that she’s wanted to try for awhile and we finally got to try it together! It was my first time trying salted pork in jelly as I’ve always thought the jelly was fat 🤣 I liked the texture of jelly and due to the vinegar, it was interesting to try salty jelly haha! We had their Wu-xi ribs which was very rich in flavour and their Dan Dan noodles was definitely spicier than I expected 🤣 I liked how well stuffed the dumplings were and
