Had dinner with my family on a Saturday night. Food was nice. The restaurant was pretty spacious and quiet. We had a good time chatting with each other. However, staff were not attentive. The staff saw us waving at them, but they nodded and went away. It took us quite a while to make an order. Apparently there was not enough spaces to place our upcoming dishes on the table, but they never collected our finished plates. They also never gave us any instruction on the beef noodle hot pot. However, staff were not attentive. The staff saw us waving at them, but they nodded and went away. It took us quite a while to make an order. Apparently there was not enough spaces to place our upcoming dishes on the table, but they never collected our finished plates. They also never gave us any instruction on the beef noodle hot pot. Their staff came to us and said she found us very odd not to place the vegetables in the pot but added noodles first. They could have told us earlier or cook for us.
Overall speaking, food and environment were nice but definitely not their service.
