Conveniently located in Central, there are three floors in this place. There is a trendy bar on the ground floor and a floral wall on the first floor for dining in. One down thing is that it’s scary to take their stairs as the lights on the floor was too bright and made us hard to see. 🥂Negitoro - Avocado Tacos - Wagyu Beef Tartare
Beautifully served in a box, my favourite piece was their negitoro taco. It’s rich in flavour and packed with umami unexpectedly, creating a Japanese-Mexican style.
🥂Wild Mushroom & Black Truffle Cappuccino Soup
Served in a cappuccino cup, the flavour was so intense and I loved how the bread soaked up all the soup.
🥂Abalone & Sakura Prawn Angel Hair Aglio e Olio
Didn’t get a big abalone though the flavour was still good. The angel hair was cooked just right without being too gummy.
🥂Pan Fried Grouper Fillet with Lobster Cream Foam
The grouper itself was quite subtle so we needed the lobster cream foam to enhance the flavour. The mashed potato beneath was very creamy and buttery.
🥂Japanese Cheesecake with Yogurt Icecream
A really nice dessert to wrap up the evening.
