It was located along Staunton Street, which was luckily well connected by mid-level escalators which brought us all the way up to Staunton Street. For customers who wish to walk all the way up, it might cause them a bit of sweat involved.

Shop interior was very well arranged, with enough table space in between so as not to disrupt diner's privacy. Decor resembles very much of a fine dining French restaurant, with nice color contrast for the furniture.

We came here for their lunch set, which is alot more affordable compared to their dinner. Their lunch set consists of a starter, main course and coffee or tea. Selection for their lunch set is quite limited in choice but luckily most of the dishes suit my palate.

Not long after we were seated, we were served a basket of bread with a plate of butter beside. Bread was served warm, able to melt the butter easily. 
Salmon gravlax with apple salad

I choose salmon gravlax with apple salad as starter. Gravlax is salmon that is cured with salt and sugar and infused with the flavor of fresh dill and with other spices. Texture is melting tender and clean tasting with bright flavors. The apple salad really compliment the salmon nicely as the chef is using green apple, having the sourish taste.
BBQ pork spare ribs

I go for BBQ pork spare ribs as main course. They are normally bigger than baby back ribs and take slightly longer to cook. It has quite a bit of fat which can make the ribs very tender. The meat was very flavourful as well as the meat thoroughly absorbed the BBQ sauce. It was very big in size and when finished, i was already very full. Mashed potato was very creamy and buttery in texture.

After i have finished my main, the waiter served my cup of Irish coffee. Irish coffee was not included in the lunch set, as it was more expensive. Irish coffee adds a little twist on the drink. It was basically a glass of coffee and mixed it with cream, sugar and whiskey. A good Irish coffee is served in a stemmed, clear glass. It looks like Guinness, with its dark brown body and creamy top. The combination of coffee and whiskey is strong and slightly sweet while the cool cream is sheer indulgence. The only thing i could fault on was it was served not that warm.
