after a polite smile of the cashier-lady, I make up my mind to have a bowl of red-potato-noodle with pig-intestine in mild spicy sour-soup, cucumber with garlic snack & a cup of tea with milk,
within less than half an hour, customer in & out regularly, seems never aware of the power of typhoon though the wind become stronger & stronger~
tea is quite strong basic with a little bit bitterness, the cucumber dish is not small, taste just right with lot of garlic & sesame oil cost $13 onlywhile the noodle balance texture between tender & elastic, soup base maybe too sweet & too much fatty about the ingredient of mince pork, then the other veg. like pickle sour veg., green-sprout & frangrance leaf are good combination
highly recommended the pig-intestine which is taste good & tender without unacceptable smell
nevertheless, the veg. noodle without soup with extra black-jelly ear taste natural & healthy
who say typhoon cannot go out for night-walk especially restaurants everywhere here
