I was drawn here because this shop specializes in LoShui Noodles.There are two branches and I think this is the new one.Anyway, I got the house special which has loshui tofu, radish, fishballs with fruit peel and beef belly.Tried the broth first and it was quite nice but a bit too weak from what I had imagined.It was topped with salty raw onions which strangely was the thing that saved the noodles.The noodles were the wonton type so I didn't like it as I only like the egg noodles because it didn

[Imagine Salted McDonalds finely chopped onions, that is what they taste like.]
The noodles were the wonton type so I didn't like it as I only like the egg noodles because it didn't absorb the broth so they were tasteless.
As for the other toppings, the beef was tough and dry for beef belly and the tofu was the best so I wish I had just ordered a different noodle with tofu and it would have been cheaper.
