Despite being far away from the city, the Shatin Hyatt is pretty well-known for its various restaurants. I ordered a cappuccino as my drink. You can just tell this Patisserie isn’t exactly the expert in coffee..lol. They did serve it in a double-walled glass mug though which kept the drink nice and hot so I give them credit for that.
My mom had a mango yoghurt which I cannot comment much on since I only had one bite. The portion is quite small for $30…
Another one of their specialties is their Shatin Honey Cake, which is only sold by the cake and not by the slice. We cut out a piece in the restaurant to try it out and saved the rest for breakfast the next three days XD
Just in case you’re interested, the honey they used for this cake came from a local bee farm. I always appreciate restaurants who make good use of local resources!
