3/5Ordered the combo set. Goose egg is a first try, bouncier then normal hard boiled egg, marinate was a little salty.Goose meat is tender, but goose aroma wasn’t strong. Intestines are chewy but with the fat, aroma is nicer. Other I’m not a fan of it.
