This place is well located in Causeway Bay, on a 2/F of a residential building, with a balcony. You could feel that you are a bit out of the hustle. After seated, we quickly found that it's a place specialized in crepe.
The easiest way is always to get the lunch set, so i have ordered
Main Dish - Galette with emmental cheese, egg and tomato
Great presentation that could make you mouthwatering, tick!
Immediately i fold it in so that all ingredients will mix together and warmed by the crepe.
Tomato, egg and cheese is a must-win combination, so no complaint.
Crepe is the soul and i found it just ok, in terms of aroma and texture, Dessert - Crepe with butter and sugar Same for this, crepe is the soul and i found it just ok.
i would expect it with a slightly crispy top (that comes out from the pan with butter), with the aroma of egg and chewy texture.
Butter and sugar is a basic but ever-green combination, the buttery smell (French butter is really the best) and the crunchy sugar (before melting), i can't stand even just to think about it.
everything is so-so hence i would say it's not the best in town, (La creperie could be) but still worth going to as finding a good crepe in Paris is also not easy.
題外話/補充資料:
This is Hong Kong and not Europe so i would suggest this restaurant to offer tap water otherwise you are going to lose so many customers by charging them the imported bottle water / whatever drinks you offer
