From its name, I thought this is a Beijing-Shanghai type of food. However, after trying it, I feel a bit like fusion between Guangdong and Beijing-Shanghai cuisine. Actually, the food tasted a bit strange. It hasn't got the traditional (Beijing-Shanghai) flavor nor did it have a combination of the two. I personally didn't like the mix! As for the environment, it's quite a nice surprise as there's a balcony that caters about 8-10 tables. We sat at the balcony and didn't really feel hot...pe

We ordered 蒜泥白肉, 水煮牛肉, 奶油津白, 干偏四季豆, 酸辣湯, 醬爆牛肉+叉子, 擔擔麵x2, we were a group of 6 and it costed $576.40. I don't think I'll go back again as I prefer the more traditional Beijing-Shanghai restaurant.
