Jaffe Road has changed a lot in the past ten years, this spot used to be some Vietnamese joint.Tried the noodles here which are served in a herbal soup.It was nice but there was also a lot of oil as well.The only thing I didn't like was that there was only one choice of noodle so if you don't like Yunnan rice noodles then you won't want to order it so it is best to just order soup but then you can see how oily it is.
