Masu salmon 櫻鱒 a relatively well-known salmon native to Japan. When the cherry blossoms bloom every spring, cherry trout enters the season. The belly of the fish is slightly pink-orange, and the meat is moist and rich in oil.
White shrimp topped with lime , crystal clear flesh which is chewy, sweet and has a refreshing taste.
