My meal began with the Aburi Sashimi Donburi, a beautifully presented dish featuring perfectly seared sashimi atop a bed of seasoned rice. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, setting the tone for the rest of the evening.
Next up was the Grilled Salmon & Fried Shrimp Roll, which was a delightful combination of fresh and savory. The contrast between the tender salmon and the crispy fried shrimp was simply irresistible.
The Fried Prawn Roll with Cheese was another standout. The richness of the cheese melded beautifully with the succulent prawn, creating a unique and memorable flavor profile.
The Seared Minced Salmon Donburi was a comforting and satisfying dish, with the seared salmon adding a smoky depth to the already flavorful minced salmon. It was a hearty and fulfilling bowl that left a lasting impression.
One of the highlights of the evening was the Oyster on Baked Potato with Cheese. The creamy cheese complemented the briny oyster perfectly, and the baked potato provided a hearty base that tied the dish together wonderfully.
The Duck Liver Toast was an indulgent treat. The rich and velvety duck liver was perfectly balanced by the crisp toast, making for a luxurious and delightful bite.
Finally, the Cheesy Fried Egg with Cod Roe was a delightful surprise. The gooey cheese and the delicate, salty cod roe atop the perfectly fried egg created a rich and satisfying dish that was both comforting and elegant.
