呢度係一間係西貢嘅法國隱世小餐廳,平時只開晚市。聞説這個Tasmania嘅wagyu牛扒供應商係香港只供應此間和另一間米芝蓮餐廳。必食係tenderloin rossini!用上m9和牛配一大塊羊肚菌鵝肝,medium rare 是十分合適的熟度。同行長輩想熟一點,分別點了medium 和medium well,同樣出色!靚嘅牛扒就係點煮都好得。頭盤點左cheese platter紅酒(點了兩支酒)配美食is a must!另外點了新鮮石班魚in red curry sauce.也不錯。配菜點了green beans and fries (還好)最後mangomissu蛋糕和coffee作結,mango很鮮甜!perfect late lunch/early dinner!it's a good place for romantic dinner and family fine dining gathering!一行5人,埋單每人900hkd.not cheap but totally worth it!!
