One of the worst Tsukumen in HK

Forgettable soup and mediocre noodle make this one of the worse ramen restaurant in HK. Considering the price point can get you better tsukumen in other restaurants like Fu-unmaru, Fujiyama 55. If you really want to try this restaurant because it supports the same ideal as yours then the least you can do is show some respect to your taste buds by lowering your expectations, as this makes the massive disappointment a lot easier to swallow.
