16 Feb 2010,年初三,天冷無雨,最啱outdoor cooking了。Pork Terrine: 好甘香軟滑,入口融化,配酒和麵包一流,很抵食。Goose Liver: 很易煎,很肥好甘,但有些少筋。Angus Strip loin: 幾juicy抵食,厚身OK。Lamp Chop: 醃得很濃味,少少咸,很易煎。好過出街食。Baileys Original & Baileys Creme: 加冰, 正! Baileys Creme 更甜,Three Sixty送酒板仔。仲有支champaign, yeah!
