Brass Spoon (已結業)

I have to say it is a good bowl of pho, good soup base, good noodle and good meat BUT it is maybe just above average. The place i clean and all but that is a must given you are paying hkd 90-128 for a bowl of pho. Seating is abit too cozy for me you will be rubbing shoulders with your neighbor. Be prepared to wait for around 30 mins on a normal lunch time. I would give them a 75 maybe 80 max out of 100, still pretty good but not the best pho.
