I did not expect to walk out of a cafe with a head injury and was very disappointed by how irresponsible the owner turned out to be.  I will never return to Fineprint.  There are many more conscientious cafes in Hong Kong which are worth supporting, especially in these difficult times.
I visited Fineprint with a friend and sat with my back facing the bar, when suddenly the back of my head was knocked with great force by a waiter carrying two large boxes.  The waiter, Hang, apologised and left me with his number to follow-up with my injury, and subsequently agreed to be held responsible for my medical fees at HK$366 when I accepted his apology.  However, Hang then later informed me that the owner, James, had asked him to stop all communications with me.  James contacted me a week later and asked to discuss in person.  In light of recent mutated covid cases, I asked to settle in writing, to which James challenged the accident (which is in fact not in dispute, for even Hang had never denied his fault and had promised to be held liable) and asked me to produce "the requisite supporting materials specific to the claim; photographs; a date and time stamped chronology of events...witness statements, a medical practitioner report..." etc. for his review.

All in all, (i) there is much concern regarding the health and safety of the cafe with employees carrying large goods along the extremely narrow corridor, and (ii) it shows how irresponsible the owner of Fineprint really is, for he would rather incur significant time and legal costs to deny responsibilities for injuring a customer as a result of the lack of safety precautions in his restaurant, than to apologise.

Overall service rating: how dreadful and disheartening.
Overall food experience: average drink and the toast was rather oily
