Had an eye on this restaurant some while ago but didn't pay a visit cos of its location. Finally went here on a Saturday after a dinner. Service was quick, which was expected as I think everything were prepared before and they just resemble them after you order.Had the red bean soup with taro and sweet potato balls and the herbal jelly mix, also with taro and sweet potato balls. Ordered them as cold dessert but turns out they are sort of warm, kinda disappointed as we wanted a icy/ cold dessert

Ordered them as cold dessert but turns out they are sort of warm, kinda disappointed as we wanted a icy/ cold dessert after a long day. The red bean soup turn out to be VERY sweet, which makes the taro and sweet potato balls tasteless.
The sweet potato balls are kinda chewy but they are quite small in size. For the taro balls, they are al dente as I can describe, almost hard in the center. They also have an uneven distribution of the two balls, we only got like 3-4 taro balls but numerous sweet potato balls. One thing to say is that they are not pricy but really, I personally prefer those in Tai On Building much more, those in 來來小吃店 are much better.
Not really worth a visit, just a soso place and may be recommended if you are having dinner nearby.
