Walking into Gaia Ristorante is a vibe, especially when the heaters outside were on and you're scrolling through the potted plants facing the water fountain, definitely doesn't feel like HK.We had the lunch semi buffet ($338)with two pasta mains, the truffle tagliolino (+$) and the lobster tagliolini (+$148). We had the lunch semi buffet ($338)with two pasta mains, the truffle tagliolino (+$) and the lobster tagliolini (+$148). The truffle one was my fav since I prefer creamier sauces. The buffet table also has a huge selection of appetizers, like cooked aubergines, baked portello mushrooms with cheese and at least 15 other dishes. There's also a selection of cheese and cold cuts. When you're done with everything, there's also a dessert corner with tiramisu, chocolate Gamache, caramel nuts, sweet croissants and fruits. Whew! I wondered if anyone has ever tried tasting everything before?
