Pleka is Chef Ken’s third Victoria harbourside project after the success of Pano and Palco. Pic 1️⃣: 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧
— Amazing dish. Spaghetti was al dente and the sauce was incredibly rich and flavourful. You can tell that they definitely put effort into that prawn sauce. The prawns were also perfectly seared and properly seasoned and stood out on their own.


Pic 2️⃣: 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞
— Beautifully presented starter that really gave you a fresh taste of the sea. The clam was so fresh and plump and didn’t require much seasoning either. The garlic foam was very unique and added a great flavour boost to the dish. The ikura also gave it that extra umami profile.


Pic 3️⃣: 𝐏𝐚𝐧-𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞
— Sea bass was perfectly cooked and so tender and fatty that it just melted in my mouth. The lobster sauce was flavourful and not overpowering. The garnishes on the side were equally as tasty.


Pic 4️⃣: 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟’𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 - Pear Sorbet served with Cream Cheese Foam and Freeze Dried Pear
— Very refreshing dessert to end. The pear sorbet was lightly sweetened with a subtle fragrance to it. Loved how the cream cheese was handled in this dessert as the chef was able to turn something that is usually considered more on the “heavy” side into something so airy and could compliment the pear so well. The almond crisps on the side also gave a dessert a great crunch.


Pic 5️⃣: 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 - Mushroom and Truffle Soup
— Soup was absolutely delicious and loved that it was served super hot to the table too. The mushroom taste was intense with a great variety of mushroom chunks in it. The black truffle shaving on top elevated the soup’s flavour and added a nice aroma to it.


📍Ambiance: Great classy lunch spot, perfect for dates too, staff are friendly and attentive
⭐️Would visit again?: For sure!
