It is hard to find high quality steak in Tai Po so I wanted to try this after spotting it on OpenRice. What a great experience; the chef is really superb and the ingredients are all top quality. The charcoal oven really makes the steak delicious! But my favorite dish of the evening was the King Salmon with Tiger prawn. The sauce was heavenly, it was cooked nice and pink to perfection, not dry or over cooked! Also highly recommend the duck leg confit which is served with mashed potatoes and veggi

The sauce was heavenly, it was cooked nice and pink to perfection, not dry or over cooked! Also highly recommend the duck leg confit which is served with mashed potatoes and veggies and a fruity sauce. Also cooked to perfection. We went for the normal ribeye (350g) which was also cooked perfectly and had a nice woody flavor. We finished off with the apple crumble which was delicious, not overly sweet and served piping hot (all dishes were served REALLY hot which is important to me). Overall a very refreshing and positive experience. Make sure you book it you want to make sure you get a table, otherwise you might have to sit at the high bar counters. They now serve lunch and a weekend brunch menu which is a great deal!
