Overall very poor experience🥲 1) Long waiting time of food - Need to wait for nearly an hour for a dish of pasta, an extreme long duration in between appetiser and main dish, while the restaurant advise meal time of only 90mins 2) Food is so overpriced - Mediocre pasta, taste not stand out, similar to majority of restaurant, but each dish of pasta costs more than 150 at least 3) Poor & unprofessional service- We ordered a latte, and the waiter just told us, sorry the cup is slippery, so we fail
Overall very poor experience🥲
1) Long waiting time of food
- Need to wait for nearly an hour for a dish of pasta, an extreme long duration in between appetiser and main dish, while the restaurant advise meal time of only 90mins
2) Food is so overpriced
- Mediocre pasta, taste not stand out, similar to majority of restaurant, but each dish of pasta costs more than 150 at least
3) Poor & unprofessional service
- We ordered a latte, and the waiter just told us, sorry the cup is slippery, so we fail to make a latte art. This is my first time I heard any restaurant to give such a reason and provide a latte in such an awful presentation
- The waiter only introduced the kinds of pasta after we have taken our seats for 10 mins. We have already searched all the pasta on the menu, so I dont understand what’s the meaning of introducing the pasta after such a long time
