the whole thing was like trying out a beginner home made dinner....i dont understand why there was a good comment on their beef cappacio...it wont be lower than expectation if it doesnt say it is angus beef......and their so-called SIGNATURE dish mussels....it tasteS super腥!! when we made comment to the manager...he said:"你地會唔會唔食得腥呀?"...................... when we had the organic linguine with clams white wine sauce...it tastes like boiled pasta...neglect the clams....there is no sauce on the d

when we had the organic linguine with clams white wine sauce...it tastes like boiled pasta...neglect the clams....there is no sauce on the dish and no favour at all!!! the manager again claimt that the dish is ORGANIC style and only add seasalt....from this feedback...can you tell he is a well education resturant manager at all?? i wonder if he tried all the dishes or know how a dish should be cooked!!! organic linguine it means the pasta is organic but not mean it tastes boring!!!
at last he gave us a really good feedback which is "海鮮應該係腥既"
