This is my first time publishing a comment on Openrice. The service of this restaurant really pissed me off.Four days ago, I sent an email to make a reservation for a table for lunch on Sunday. No reply had been received from the restaurant. When my fds and I arrived at the restaurant on Sunday, I was informed by a male receptionist that the restaurant had been fully booked until 3pm and he was not able to make another arrangement for us. I replied that I sent an email to them but no one provide
Four days ago, I sent an email to make a reservation for a table for lunch on Sunday. No reply had been received from the restaurant.
When my fds and I arrived at the restaurant on Sunday, I was informed by a male receptionist that the restaurant had been fully booked until 3pm and he was not able to make another arrangement for us. I replied that I sent an email to them but no one provided a reply and the restaurant does not have any other alternative way to make a reservation. I showed him the email I sent to designated email. It seemed that he did not concern at all and replied that they might have missed the email. I was surprised that he did not make any apologies and show regrets. In the end, I told him that we would never visit the restaurant again and he replied ‘Sure’!
1) There is no telephone number to call to make reservation but only email. Potential customers cannot get any confirmation from the restaurant. 2) The attitude of the receptionist is poor. He failed to make apologies and try to make suitable arrangement.
Even though I haven’t tried the food of this restaurant, it has failed to make their customers happy. 食物有幾好食都無用,咁嘅服務態度唔會做得長!
I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
