Korea’s famous pork cutlet resto is now in Hong Kong! Their signature dish is the pork tenderloin with cheese stuffed inside🧀 but since im not a big fan of cheese so i ordered others🤣 Additional seasoning such as tonkatsu sauce, wasabi, truffle salt, salted shrimps and salted hairtail fish are served to eat along with the pork cutlet. I personally quite like truffle salt but for sure traditional tonkatsu sauce was the best among all😗 Rice, noodle and salad can be refilled as well! Kinda cozy place for having dinner in Central (But it’s a bit too bright inside haha)
