2/5Everything is nicely deep fried, not greasy. Curry sauce is normal Japanese flavour. Turn out we liked the pork giblets most, sauce have more character and cooked well. Pork has one major problem is they don’t taste pork, no aroma, is like chewing protein unless u got on the fat part. Rib eye and tenderloin have better texture then sirloin.
