I love coming here for omakase since I like how they're not super traditional and boring. Since we arrived extra early (they start serving after 630pm) we saw our uber-fresh ingredients arriving at the restaurant and being served right away! Can't get any fresher than that!this was very refreshing, it originally had fish skin on top but I personally can't stand the sight of it so I had it removed.This tasted a little fishy to me though it looked pretty.I always love this dish, it not only looks

there were two kinds of uni served together, absolutely love sea urchins!!!

the portion was kinda tiny but it was good.

i was already very full when the abalone was served (openrice only allow max. 12 photos in every review, there were way more dishes than what I can post here).
