Me and my friend were looking for Japanese food to eat in causeway bay again! While I was searching, I saw this big sign on the street saying 20% off the menu. We went closer to look at the menu and saw lots of skewers. 🍢🍡🎉 Straight away, we went in the lift and press tenth floor. It was 7 o'clock and the place was fully packed. To start with, the Italian balsamic vinegar salad came within 5 minutes. The salad was quite fresh and crispy. Normally the vinegar dressing would be sour but this one was sweet and thick.

The beef rib was my favourite! It smell sososososo nice! The texture was so soft and tender. The beef was so tasty, the staff told us that the chef use their special sauce to marinate it so it's pretty hard to find it anywhere else. It was also easy to tear off. I love it very much.

Asparagus wrapped with pork was my second favourite, the asparagus was so soft and the pork stripe was so crispy. Again, the sauce they put over it was just fantastic. It was a bit sour but tasted so good with the asparagus. In other shop, they just give you the skewer but this one they served with matching sauce.

The prawn was meaty and easy to chew, we squeezed some lemon juice on it to lift up the taste.

The sand borers with shiso leaf was so good, the fish was very smooth! The shiso leaf had a unique taste, to me, it was a bit minty. Overall, it was very nice and flavourful.

Mushroom with tofu was good. The tofu was very smooth, it slide through my throat. The mixed mushroom was very yummy, it had very strong butter flavour. The mushroom was very easy to chew as well.

Hiroshima oyster was a bit small but very tasty. I like to eat it on its own instead of eating it with bacon because the bacon took over the oyster taste. The oyster was very juicy as well.

The size of the cod fish was big, it was as big as my hand. The chef fried the skin until it was golden and crispy. The fish was unbelievably smooth, it was so smooth that I could just swallow it without chewing. It was nicely seasoned and not fishy at all.

The scallop was alright, the chef cut it in half so the size is easy for us to eat. It was easy to chew and full of butter flavour.

Grilled U.S beef was wrapped around the mushroom. The beef was very thin but a bit hard to tear off. I felt that it was lack of flavour. Fried vegetable was basically just fried bean sprout, I wish that they add a few more types of vegetables and a bit more flavour into it.

The fried rice was quite tasty, there were egg, carrot, spring onion and mince. The rice was soft and sweet. I quite like the sweetness of the fried rice.

To finish off, me and my friend got the matcha and black sesame ice-cream. I actually quite like the black sesame one because it's has more flavour than the matcha one. The matcha one was quite milky.

I like their skewers very much, next time, I will come and order lots of skewers.
