Hubby is a NZ Fish & Chips expert and we are always hunting for true QUALITY Fish & Chips in HK - fact is not many of them exist here.We ordered a glass of ginger ale, Fish & Chips (Hake) and fried oysters. It was quite a wait for our 2 dishes-25mins at least. Fish was ok but wouldn't be rated as outstanding. Tasted similar to common Hoke and Seabass used in fish & chips with a crispy battered. Size of the fish can be more generous. It was $140 before surcharge so slightly pricy. The fried oysters

The fried oysters were covered with fried bread crumbs instead of the typical battered style. Again, not bad but nothing special.
Interestingly enough, one of their ceiling air con at the centre of the room kept dripping water from the top. Later when the waiter turned it off, the dripping/condensation became worse and turned out to be like rainfall in the centre of the room. Customers had to move themselves away from their table to avoid getting wet. Luckily we were seated at the end of the room near the washroom (which we weren't too impressed at first) so were safe and dry.
Overall, they are not a fail but we had better Fish & Chips in HK and does not taste like ones from NZ.
