Decree by T is a Japanese restaurant newly opened in Tsim Sha Tsui. Leading by Chef Thomas who previously worked in a 5-star hotel restaurant, Decree features high quality French and Japanese fusion omakase with seasonal ingredients. The lunch omakase started off with a series of delicate appetisers. The tartar jelly and sous vide scallop with Caviar were the most impressive in terms of the complexity of flavours.
