Decree by T is a Japanese restaurant newly opened in Tsim Sha Tsui. Leading by Chef Thomas who previously worked in a 5-star hotel restaurant, Decree features high quality French and Japanese fusion omakase with seasonal ingredients. The lunch omakase started off with a series of delicate appetisers. The tartar jelly and sous vide scallop with Caviar were the most impressive in terms of the complexity of flavours. The following 9 sushi dishes were satisfying with selected seasonal fish. The soup the came after was also delicious. It was rich with a cappuccino texture. The homemade cashew Icecream and chocolate nicely concluded the meal. The icecream came with crisp pancake and crushed egg roll that increase the mouthfeel of the dessert. The staff was also very friendly and the whole dining experience was excellent.
