First thing first, if you consider eating at this restaurant, don’t. If you follow my reviews, I went to numerous sushi places in Hong Kong, and when I said it’s the worst, I do mean it. Remember the sushi place named 明將? While 明將 has the worst sushi of all time, they own it, and they make it as a challenge for you to eat their sushi. And remember the rice at 明將? The rice is stiff and hard. I’m pretty sure you know what I’m talking about. The kind of rice that’s compressed by machine and ice cold. And no matter what you put on top of it, it’s guaranteed that it’s going to be bad.

Here’s my thought. If you are going to make this kind of sushi, lower your price. I ended up spending $403 in this sushi place, but I rather just go take the challenge at 明將 for $50 all-you-can-eat. I bet it’s gonna be a lot more fun.
