Cafe Fresca (已結業)

Seems recently the management or Chef changed. Now the menu is downgraded and food quality is worse. I have dined there in person and loved to take away their dishes for my weekday lunches. Up until today their dishes were delicious. Now it just tastes like any other cheap western restaurant.
